What if my flight is delayed?

How long will the driver wait?
Airport arrivals include up to 60 minutes from the confirmed pickup time. Without contact, the transfer may be treated as a no-show after that period.
Is the fare per person?
No. It is one fare for the vehicle and your whole group. Approved extras are stated before confirmation.
Can I cancel or change the booking?
Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup—including exactly 24 hours—for a full refund. Changes are subject to availability. Read the cancellation policy.
How much is a transfer from Barcelona airport to the city centre?
€50 for one to three passengers and €65 for four, covering the whole car rather than each person. Groups of five to eight travel by van from €75. Every route and group size is listed in the fare table above.
Which Barcelona cruise terminals do you serve?
All of them — Moll Adossat terminals A, B, C and D, plus the World Trade Center terminal. Give the ship name when booking and the driver goes to the right berth.
Can you collect me from Barcelona Sants station?
Yes. Sants, Estació de França and Passeig de Gràcia are all covered, with fixed fares to the airport, the cruise port and any Barcelona address.
