Draft operating policy for client review. Operator and legal approval are required before public launch. The terms below adapt the current local operating rules for Barcelona Transferz.
How to cancel
Use the confirmed operator contact method shown in the booking confirmation and include the booking reference. A cancellation is complete only after it is confirmed in writing.
Cancellation timeline
- 24 hours or more before pickup: full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: no refund.
- No-show: no refund when the driver is waiting and the passenger does not arrive or contact the operator.
Airport waiting & delays
Airport arrivals include up to 60 minutes of free waiting from the confirmed pickup time. Contact the operator as soon as a delay is known and wait for an updated confirmed pickup time. Without contact, the transfer may be treated as a no-show after 60 minutes.
Flight cancellation or major disruption
Contact the operator as soon as possible. Each major disruption is reviewed individually, with a reschedule or partial refund offered where reasonable and operationally possible.
Modifications
Date, time and passenger-count changes requested at least 24 hours before pickup are free of charge, subject to availability. A fare difference may apply if the route, vehicle class or service changes.
Refund timing
The payment and refund method, including expected processing time, will be stated in the booking confirmation once the production service is approved.
Plain-language promise
Barcelona Transferz will show the confirmed route, pickup time, passenger count, fare and operator contact before a reservation is considered complete. If the confirmed terms differ from the request, the passenger can decide whether to accept them before payment or final confirmation.
