These terms govern bookings made on barcelonatransferz.com once the booking service is active.
The operator
Transfers are performed by Shehreyar Cheena, a licensed Barcelona taxi operator. This website takes bookings for that operator.
The service
Pre-booked private transfers between Barcelona airport, the cruise port and city addresses, for 1–8 passengers. The vehicle is exclusively for your group — no shared stops.
Prices & payment
Fares are fixed per vehicle as published on the fares table — never per person. The full price is shown before any details are entered and paid securely via Stripe at booking. Any approved extra is stated before confirmation.
Booking & confirmation
A reservation is complete when the operator sends the booking confirmation with the meeting point and driver contact. If the operator cannot serve a paid booking, it is fully refunded.
Cancellation, waiting & changes
Free cancellation at least 24 hours before pickup; airport arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting. The full rules are in the cancellation & waiting policy, which forms part of these terms.
Passenger responsibilities
- Provide accurate flight/ship, contact and luggage details.
- Tell the operator about delays as soon as known.
- Children travel with the legally required seats — request them at booking.
Liability & law
The operator is not liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control (traffic, weather, port or airport disruption), though will always try to solve them. These terms are governed by Spanish law; disputes belong to the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
